LSU Tigers, a Team That Does all things right
It is almost a shock that a team that was not in the hunt for a National title, is now looking to make the most out of the efforts that they have. Their efforts this season have led to the team seeing a resurgence in their spirit and land them in a BCS game against the Texas A&M Aggies, yeah while it is the Cotton Bowl, it is still better than nothing. This will be in many people’s eyes, a tune up to the big game next year for them.
LSU has been one of the teams that have led the charge on the field. It is due to the efforts that the Tigers have placed in their 2010 season that has allowed the team the chance to see a wonderful amount of improvement in the last few seasons. All of this effort has allowed them the chance to play in the Cotton Bowl against the Texas A&M Aggies. This will be the chance for LSU to make their case as to why they deserve a look at being #1 next season. If the Tigers are successful, then the team will enjoy glory to no end. If they fail then there will be a doubt cast upon the team.
The running game will need to be there is all it’s glory, if not then the team may be in a bad way in regards to getting them out of a hole. This has been the team’s strong suit in helping in the rough times as well as being in a position that they need to make it a point that they are able to lead down the field. The Aggies have a tough defense that might give the running game a little bit of difficulty in the long run
But as any good football fan will tell you, there is more to a great team effort than just passing the ball. This is where the Tigers really showed their true potential. The running of the ball was one of the top aspects that allowed the team to have a much more successful season than what many experts thought that they would. This expert running game is what will more than likely be what will lead the teams BCS title drive in 2011. In addition to this the passing game will be the final element that is put into place. All in all, this is shaping up to be a banner year that will lead to bigger things for the team next season.
Even if you have never watched a game of the Tigers, this year is going to be a good place for you to begin in your watching, this will lead to there being a grand impression formed about LSU. Who knows you might even become a fan of the team and as a result look to become a die hard like the rest of Louisiana.
